Our products are digital goods (downloadable AI reel/video bundles and content) that are delivered instantly after payment. Once access or the download is provided, the product is considered "used" and delivered in full.

Because our products are digital and accessible immediately, all sales are generally final and non-refundable once the content has been accessed or downloaded.
3. When you are eligible for a refund
We will gladly issue a refund or replacement in cases such as:
- You were charged more than once for the same order (duplicate payment).
- You did not receive access to the product due to a technical issue on our side.
- The files are corrupted or inaccessible and we are unable to provide a working version.
4. How to request a refund
Contact us within 7 days of your purchase with your payment ID / order reference and a description of the issue, by email or WhatsApp (details below). We typically respond within 24–48 hours.
5. Processing of approved refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Razorpay, usually within 5–7 business days. Timing may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
6. Cancellations
As products are delivered instantly, orders cannot be cancelled once payment is completed and access has been granted.
